1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the StudyBridge AI learning system. By using the System, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

Using AI tools for personal learning and educational purposes
Creating and sharing study materials within the System
Collaborating with other users in study groups
Using the System's tools to prepare for exams and assessments
Educators using the System to create teaching materials

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Academic Integrity

Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies
Using the System to cheat on exams or assessments
Sharing examination questions or answers obtained through the System in violation of exam regulations

3.2 Content Restrictions

Uploading illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
Sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
Posting sexually explicit or violent content

3.3 System Abuse

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
Automated scraping, mining, or harvesting of System data
Intentionally disrupting System services or infrastructure
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Reverse engineering or decompiling the System's software

3.4 AI-Specific Restrictions

Attempting to manipulate AI outputs for harmful purposes
Using AI tools to generate discriminatory, harmful, or misleading content
Bypassing AI safety filters or content moderation

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

Warning notification
Temporary suspension of account
Permanent termination of account
Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations, please report them to admin@studybridge.tech.

6. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
